The end of decades of conflict in the North and the East of Sri Lanka has paved the way for employment and growth that was destroyed by war. The growth of these areas was hampered by the lack of proper educational facilities. Series of awareness programs and trainings were conducted to educate the youth to increase employability and upgrade their knowledge and capacity.
