Personal Financial Literacy for Children in Sri Lanka
Sarvodaya – Fusion in collaboration with HSBC unveils Personal Financial Literacy for children on 1st of October 2021 focusing on enhancing the financial literacy among children aged 9-13 years who are growing in a consumer culture of a digital era with the hope of empowering them with necessary lifelong skills.
We aim at educating children on four key areas as, Needs & Wants, Allowances, Budgeting and Giving and also to spread awareness to parents on the importance of teaching their children to be money savvy and be responsible spenders. We deliver the knowledge through perfectly curated entertaining lesson videos that would make the children keen on learning and our web game will be an interactive platform for the children to put their learned knowledge of financial literacy into hands-on practice.

Quiz Competition

- Answer all 4 quiz questions by filling the Google form.
- All correctly answered respondents will enter a raffle draw.

- Participants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Your child must be in the age group of 9-13 years.
- Those who have answered all four questions correctly will enter a raffle draw
- 15 winners will be chosen from the raffle under each age category of 9-11yrs and 12-13yrs.
- No explanation or justification will be provided for the selection of winners.
- The Winners will be announced through the ’Fusion-Education’ Facebook page and all other partner related pages and contacted via the contact number provided.
- This competition is in accordance with Facebook Terms (https://www.facebook.com/policies/). Breach of these terms would disqualify entrants to this competition.
- By submitting or posting Content to enter the competition, you retain rights and ownership while granting Sarvodaya-Fusion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed), while retaining your rights to the submitted content.

With the aim of empowering the future generation of our country with necessary lifelong skills. This is done by educating the children on financial literacy through our perfectly curated lesson videos. It is also aimed at bringing awareness to parents on the importance of teaching their children to be money savvy and be responsible spenders.

Step two - Answer all the 4 quiz questions by filling the Google Form.

No. Each individual is eligible for only one submission.
Those who have answered correctly will enter a raffle and 15 winners from each age category 9-11yrs and 12-13yrs, will be selected.
